Terms of Service

By using Recap Studio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Authorized content only

You may only upload movies for which you hold distribution or derivative-works rights. Each upload requires a rights attestation; providing a false attestation terminates your account and may have legal consequences.

Credits & usage

Processing consumes credits. Credits are reserved at stage start and settled exactly once on completion; failed or canceled stages refund the reservation. During the beta, demo credits are free and have no cash value.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to bypass ownership checks or tenant isolation, no scraping or reselling of provider outputs (ElevenLabs voices, Epidemic Sound catalog) outside the licensed export artifacts.

Generated content

You own the recap script you approve and the rendered export, subject to your rights in the source material and the music licenses attached to each track selection.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We are not liable for indirect damages; total liability is limited to credits purchased in the last 12 months.
